If you want to return items you have bought on our website, you have 14 days following the delivery date to return it:
Here is the process:
1. On the webshop go into ‘My account’
2. Inside your account go to ‘Product returns’ and click on ‘Request a new product return’
3. Select the order you wish to return
4. Select the product(s) to return, the quantity and the purpose of the return (product fault or cancellation) insert a comment then click on ‘Send the request’ Once we have validated the product return request (only if the request fit our general selling condition policy) you will received an email including:
- The courier name and contact information
- The return label to insert inside the return parcel with the good into its original packaging (we won’t accept any other packing)
- The shipping label to apply on the parcel
Once you received this email you can start getting your shipment ready and contact the courier to arrange a collection appointment. After dispatching, you will be able to follow the delivery steps until we received the item in our warehouse. To follow the steps use the tracking numbers set on the delivery label and connect to the courier website. Once we received the parcel, we will inspect it. If everything fit our policy we will proceed with your refund (using the same payment method you had chosen for you order) within a period of 5 working days. Throughout the process, you can follow the status inside ‘My account’ in the return product section
